libnetpbm10-dev software package provides Graphics conversion tools development libraries and header files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnetpbm10-dev
libnetpbm10-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnetpbm10-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnetpbm10-dev *
You will get with libnetpbm10-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
